I hear this a lot. Behind it there is rarely a big technical problem, but almost always the same frustration. And when nobody helps, frustration turns into uncertainty: you’d rather not click on anything at all, you put off that letter until the children visit, and every message raises the question of whether it’s dangerous.

Windows nobody asked for keep opening while you browse. Notifications flash, offers push their way to the front, and you hardly dare to click anywhere.
“The printer isn’t working again.”
The printer says “offline”, your computer can’t find it, or the paper gets stuck. And yesterday everything was still fine.
“I’m afraid my photos will be gone one day.”
The photos are on the phone, on the old laptop and in shoeboxes. If a device breaks, decades of memories are lost.

I’m Emilian Buza and I support you at home in Berlin-Charlottenburg: I tidy up your computer, set up devices and help you back up important files. Together we check that you’re comfortable with everything. If you like, I’ll also help later on when new questions come up.
